Are you a self-driven supply chain professional who excels in high-autonomy environments? We are a lean sourcing, logistics, and distribution firm currently specializing in the China market, and we are looking for a versatile "intrapreneur" to join our team.
This is a dual-impact role responsible for managing existing accounts – driving growth and deepening relationships- while simultaneously leading our sourcing expansion into new global markets (Vietnam, India, Thailand, Mexico, etc.). We are a small, fast-moving team seeking a self-directed professional who can work independently and help scale the business.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow our highest-value accounts. Identify upsell opportunities and ensure 100% client satisfaction through expert logistics and communication.
- Global Sourcing Diversification: Lead the initiative to source outside of China. You will identify, vet, and negotiate with new overseas manufacturers to diversify our supply chain.
- End-to-End Logistics: Oversight of the import process, from factory floor to our warehouse and final distribution.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Experience: 5+ years in Sourcing, Import Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Proven ability to work with minimal training and zero micromanagement.
- Global Sourcing Knowledge: Deep understanding of international manufacturing; experience sourcing from countries outside of China is highly preferred.
- Account Growth: A track record of increasing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Logistics Proficiency: Understanding of 3PL coordination and freight forwarding
