Residential Real Estate Team Manager (Associate Market Leader) — Miami, FL

The Associate Market Leader (AML) serves as the operational and leadership right hand to the Regional Vice President (RVP) — supporting agents day to day, reinforcing standards, coaching developing talent, and creating stability across the market.
This isn’t a title-and-authority role. It’s a leadership role built on consistency, judgment, trust, and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO…
- Support and coach developing agents
- Reinforce systems, standards, and accountability
- Assist with onboarding and agent development
- Monitor pipelines, follow-up activity, and response-time standards
- Identify and address issues early, before they become larger problems
- Support recruiting and market growth initiatives
- Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented leadership presence
- Partner closely with the RVP to improve market performance and culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
- Active Florida real estate license with a history of closed deals
- Strong leadership instincts without ego

- Experience with CRM and performance tracking systems preferred
