At Regions, the Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst works to monitor loan and property performance and key performance indicators and assists with asset management and servicing of a real estate loan portfolio. This group provides client-specific off-balance sheet financing solutions through its various Agency Products – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.
The Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and managing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans to ensure optimal performance and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyzing property-level financials, conducting surveillance, and assisting with servicing matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
