Atlantic Surfaces is seeking a motivated Commercial Safety Solutions Consultant to help expand our growing commercial division throughout Central Florida.
Our primary focus is helping hotels, apartment communities, healthcare facilities, restaurants, senior living communities, fitness centers, and commercial property owners reduce slip-and-fall risks through professional slip-resistant floor and bathtub treatments.
This is a relationship-driven business development position for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and building long-term customer relationships.
Your Mission
You’ll identify commercial properties that could benefit from improved slip resistance and meet directly with decision-makers to introduce Atlantic Surfaces’ safety solutions.
Rather than selling a product, you’ll educate property owners and managers about practical ways to improve safety, reduce maintenance costs, and help protect guests, employees, and residents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect commercial properties throughout Central Florida.
- Visit hotels, resorts, apartment communities, restaurants, hospitals, senior living facilities, schools, and commercial buildings.
- Meet with Facilities Directors, Risk Managers, Property Managers, General Managers, Maintenance Directors, and Owners.
- Demonstrate our slip-resistant treatment using sample materials.
- Schedule on-site evaluations.
- Develop long-term commercial relationships.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up activities using our CRM.
As relationships develop, you’ll also identify opportunities for additional Atlantic Surfaces services, including bathtub resurfacing, countertop refinishing, and tile and grout restoration when appropriate.

Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in hospitality, commercial maintenance, facilities management, construction, industrial sales, property management, or commercial services is a plus.
Compensation
This is a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Your success will be measured by the commercial relationships you build and the business you generate.
