What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you’ll spend your time:
- Meeting with prospective clients using company-provided leads
- Learning a proven sales process through hands-on coaching
- Helping individuals and families find health coverage that fits their needs
- Building communication, leadership, and business skills that last a lifetime
- Setting personal goals and tracking your growth
- Working alongside motivated teammates who push each other to improve
As you grow, opportunities become available to mentor new team members, lead trainings, and take on additional leadership responsibilities.

- Ability to work from our Downtown Orlando office
- Willingness to obtain a Florida Health & Life Insurance License (we provide guidance throughout the process)
- Ability to pass a standard background screening
